the master plan

  • 4:30 am: wake up
  • 5:00 am: elliptical @ the gym, 50 minutes
  • 6:00 am: weight training, 60 minutes
  • 7:00 am: head home, get ready for work
  • 8:00 am: head out to work
  • 8:30 am: spend the first 3 hours doing work stuff
  • 11:30 am: work on project BZ
  • 1:00 pm: lunch break
  • 5:00 pm: get off work
